This land was selectively cut approx 12 years ago. The best hardwoods were left for homesites, however, development did not occur. There are lovely homesites with views of Love's Lookout Valley on this property! I will divide, however, not smaller than 10 acre tracts. There will be deed restrictions as to quality of house and you will not be able to divide in smaller tracts. In other words, no developers allowed. This is a wonderful neighborhood and I want it to stay that way. Price per acre depends on amount purchased.
