This house is updated we did alot of the work to it in the last 2 years.The wet areas have ceramic tile.The carpet is about 2 or 3 years old and is very nice not cheep ! The kitchen has granet counter tops.The tile around the guest bath is a few months old.The living room has very nice crown molding and the kitchen has crown molding.If I get the right price will consider paying closing cost.The roof is 4 years old.The back door is a few months old and the bedroom doors are 2 years old.Call us and will get the rest of the details.
